About Me

You can call me Alfredo

My full name is Refana Houssen Alfredo Ndremaninazafy. Yes, that is a very long name, and combined together it makes a very strong Wi-Fi password, especially if you get creative with the special characters.

In September 2013, I left my country, Madagascar – the fourth largest island in the world a.k.a the Red Island, to pursue my higher education in Russia. There, I studied for six years and received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Telecommunication, specialization in Info-communication Technologies and Communication Systems, in 2018 and 2020 respectively.

I relocated to Germany in October 2019 to finish my double degree master study in Communication and Signal Processing which I successfully defended in December 2020. I am currently working and living in Bavaria since May 2021.

Professionally, I am working as a Services Engineer for a company that specializes in content security for digital television services internationally, but besides that, I love exploring Kubernetes and Info. Sec and Python worlds.

I am always open to a challenging and rewarding career where I can contribute my knowledge and skills to the organization’s growth. I am committed to boosting my career and will do anything to achieve my objective. I believe everyone deserves a chance to improve his/her life. I might not have the right number of experience but what I have is sincerity, dedication, and passion to work hard. So I will ensure I will leave no stone unturned to satisfy my superiors and get the job done.

I am deeply passionate about the following fields and technologies:

  • Kubernetes
  • Information Security, especially Penetration Testing
  • Space communication, such as deep space, satellite technologies
  • Self-leadership
